Dear Rose

On behalf of everywoman and everyone that attended the Leadership  Boot Camp on the 04^th July I would like to thank you so much for all your hard work. The conference was a great success and everywoman were delighted with they way everything went and the day was enjoyed by all the delegates.

The only negative feedback I received from them was that there didn’t seem to be enough food at lunchtime, maybe your catering department didn’t estimate on how much food the delegates being women would eat.

No matter how well a conference is organised before hand a lot of the success on the day is down to the help and support received from the venue staff, and I cannot thank you enough for all your support and help both on the day and the days leading up to  the conference.

A big thank you has to go also to Roy, his attention to details is next to none, no matter what is asked of him he always does it willingly and with a smile, he is an access to have on any team. When I knew Roy was still working at the venue I knew I didn’t have to worry about the set up in the workshop rooms and knew the presenters would be looked after regarding the set up of the audio visual equipment.

Please pass on my thanks to your catering staff for the high quality of food served during the coffee breaks and the buffet lunch they provide; I received many positive comments about the food from the delegates

and my clients, everywoman were delighted with the food.

Congress House has to be congratulated on the professionalism of all their staff; they are a credit to them; they are among the friendliest I have worked with and their enthusiasm and commitment to their work

made my job a lot easier.

I would appreciate it if you would pass on my thanks to everyone who was involved in the conference, without them it would not have been the success it was.

It was so good to work with an excellent team at a good venue I only wish the venue was large enough to take 500 delegates theatre style as I am looking for a venue for the everywoman’s national conference for 2008.

I would appreciate it if you would pass on this email to Paul, your general manager and thank him for his support when we arrived early on the 04^th July.

I hope I have the opportunity to work with you all in the near future.
