A few of my colleagues had not previously used Congress Centre, and were really impressed by the helpfulness of all your staff, no matter what role they played. The bowl food is a brilliant idea and works better than I remember every time. Your catering staff are helpful and professional, the technician was calm as the speakers demanded last minute changes/ additions, all logistics staff on hand to help with any problem. At no time was I told ‘ that’s not my dept’ which I hear far too often in professional conference venues. Extras we required on site were dealt with speedily. As organisers, the bolthole is a really welcome escape. All very brilliant!
