Bespoke Menus

Our venue's experienced catering team and in-house Head Chef, Damon Shorland, collaborate with event organisers in creating customised menus for any type of event. Whether it's networking canapes or sit-down 3-course meals, our event catering team have the flexibility and creativity to tailor the menu to suit your event at Congress Centre. Every event has different catering requirements. Whether you’re holding a breakfast meeting, a networking lunch, a sit-down gala dinner or anything in between, we’ll have a menu that will suit your needs. Plus, if your event requires a separate space in which to serve you food and drinks, we have several breakout room options, depending on numbers.

Locally Sourced Ingredients

We get most of our ingredients from local sources, mainly in London and the Home Counties. We make sure that all our suppliers meet our high standards for sustainability and ethics. Our fresh fish comes from Daily Fish Supplies, a part of the Direct Seafoods group. They focus on reducing food miles and providing responsibly sourced fish. British Premium Meats, a family-run supplier with Red Tractor accreditation, provides our fresh meat. Congress Centre gets its fresh fruits and vegetables from Watts Farm, which grows a significant portion of its produce on farms in Kent, Essex, and Hertfordshire.
