Our St Patrick’s Day grasshopper cocktail is guaranteed to put a spring in your step!

Shake together equal quantities of Crème de menthe, Crème de cacao and fresh cream in a cocktail shaker with lots of ice.

Strain and pour into chilled cocktail glasses. As an extra touch, wet the rim of the glasses and dip in cocoa powder if desired.

Enjoy at home after dinner or serve at special events as part of your cocktail list.
