Conference Hall for hire

Known for its built-in state-of-the-art event tech, this large conference room benefits from natural daylight without glare, thanks to its stylish 1950s space-frame ceiling, air conditioning, a timber sprung floor and a large contemporary stage.

Congress Hall is fitted with the latest audio-visual hi-tech equipment including; an 18ft drop-down screen, a 48-channel digital sound desk, and digital HD projection.

It also boasts fibre optic Wi-Fi (free for general browsing) and a sophisticated colour changeable LED lighting system to create the perfect backdrop for your event.

Exceptionally versatile, Congress Hall is ideal for events, including conferences, AGMs and exhibitions, launch parties, fashion shows, awards dinners, and corporate events.

Outside the conference hall, is a dedicated registration area and a spacious Foyer ideal for welcoming guests and serving buffet meals and refreshments. On the same level, the Congress Suite acts as a useful exhibition or breakout space when booked in conjunction with our large conference hall.

If your event requires smaller, discreet spaces for round table discussions or senior management meetings, there are numerous meeting rooms throughout the other floors of the conference venue. As well as being well-equipped to cater for all of your AV needs, our 1950s venue is full of beautiful, period features which help provide an inspiring environment your guests can get creative.

 

Venue for AGMs London

As any event organiser knows, an AGM is a complex event comprising many different components.

Any one day could include seminars, round table discussions, theatre-style presentations, lunch, refreshments, networking and a gala dinner.

Our large conference hall has the space, the AV, the breakout rooms and the catering team to take care of every aspect of your London AGM from registration to carriages.

Our conference venue is also located in the heart of the West End which provides great transport links and post-show opportunities for your delegates.

We’re lucky enough to have an in-house catering team that offers a range of innovative menus including buffet lunches, sit-down dinners and refreshments for morning and afternoon breaks.

Our Head Chef is also happy to work together with any event organisers who would like to create a bespoke or specialist menu for their corporate event.

If your event includes a product launch or exhibition, the space adjacent to Congress Hall is ideally positioned and designed. The room lends itself well to events which require specific visitor flow, and the nearby, light and airy Foyer is equally well-located for refreshments and networking when your delegates are ready for some downtime.

What is included in the hire of Congress Hall?

When you hire Congress Hall for your event, the large Foyer area and ground floor reception are also included in the venue hire. The Foyer has excellent facilities for networking, break-out space, catering, and registration. You can also use our built-in colour-changeable lighting system to brand the space as your own.

What branding options do I have in Congress Hall?

Congress Hall has a range of colour changeable LED lighting that can be altered to suit your event’s colour palette. If you’d like to include posters or roller banners, there is space to do so in Congress Hall.
