Invision is a contemporary suite of four hi-tech meeting rooms, all with natural light. Two of the rooms (Invision 1 and 2) can be combined to form a larger space seating up to 130 theatre style, or separated to suit smaller groups. The main conference room features the latest presentation facilities, built-in front projection and a touch-panel control system to operate AV and lighting. Each room features attractive polished-wood details and contemporary lighting and the suite also benefits from a dedicated reception area for welcoming guests, complete with LCD screen for branding, as well as its own toilet facilities.
Do I have to hire all four Invision Suites, or can I hire one or two?
The Invision Suites are incredibly flexible so you can choose which set-up is best for you and your event requirements. If you’re looking for a smaller meeting space, you can hire Invision Suite 1, 2, 3, or 4 individually depending on your capacities. If you require a larger meeting room, Suites 1 and 2 interconnecting would be suitable.
Where is the reception area for the Invision Suites?
The dedicated reception area is located just around the corner through automatic doors from the Invision Suites. The reception area has an LCD screen and built-in LED lighting which provides excellent branding options. The Invision Suites are also wheelchair accessible and have a hearing loop.
