Contemporary meeting rooms in central London

The Meeting Rooms at Congress Centre are a suite of four interconnecting stylish and contemporary meeting rooms with original 1950s wood panelling on the 5th floor of Congress Centre.

Situated across the landing from the Council Chamber, they make ideal break-out and catering areas for events taking place in the Council Chamber, or they can be booked individually for smaller meetings and events; easy-to-remove partitions allow them to be converted into a larger event space if required.

  

Training and Presentations in the Meeting Rooms

Congress Centre benefits from an extensive list of AV equipment available to hire for your event to ensure a successful training session, presentation, meeting, seminar or talk.

We also have an in-house technician should you need to hire a professional to help you with anything more specialised. Our experienced tech team allow you and your attendees to concentrate on your event with no fear of a technical glitch interrupting your meeting.

All guests in the suite will benefit from the building’s WiFi supported by a 1GB fibre optic secure line. There is also air conditioning which will ensure the comfort of your visitors whatever time of year you’re holding your event or conference.

 

High-level meetings in the Meeting Rooms

All four of the meeting spaces for hire benefit from natural light. Natural daylight has proved time and time again to help keep guests focused on the content of the meeting. After all, maintaining energy levels is important to get the most out of your attendees.

The rooms also come with black-out blinds to display videos or presentations during the session.

 

When all four spaces are opened up, the 5th-floor suite can accommodate up to 160 standing guests or 130 for a theatre-style layout. Cabaret-style holds 100 delegates and up to 72 for a boardroom-style conference.

Do I have to hire all four Meeting Rooms, or can I hire one or two?

If you only require one room, or two, you can hire the Meeting Rooms individually to suit the needs of your event and the capacity you require.

 

Can I hire more equipment for the Meeting Rooms?

Congress Centre has an extensive range of equipment available for hire, discuss your AV and tech needs with your dedicated event manager to ensure you have everything you require for a successful event. Our in-house technicians can also be hired for 10-hour hire – minimum £360 (Monday – Friday).
