Congress Hall
Our largest space looks spectacular when it’s set up for an awards ceremony. The stage, the lighting, the tables, the award-winning space-framed ceiling… every element of the room plays a part in making a show-stopping first impression. The Grade II listed wooden panelling that covers the walls and the timber sprung dance floor are two of the room’s features that organisers love the most and when coupled with the unbeatable AV facilities, there’s little else a planner could wish for.
Food and drink
Any event is only as good as its catering. Our in-house Head Chef, Damon Shorland, creates inspired menus and uses only the finest, freshest ingredients in every dish he serves. Using seasonal ingredients at the heart of his menus and putting flavour ahead of fashion, Damon’s food is exceptional. He’s also happy to work with organisers to create bespoke menus for themed occasions.
